In front of me sat a woman in a loud, floral sweater, her figure filling the seat. We hadn’t even climbed above the clouds when—without a glance, without warning—she slammed her seat backward.
My knees took the hit. “Ouch!” I gasped, pressed against the tray.
Leaning forward, I tried civility. “Excuse me, could you move your seat up a little? My legs are pinned.”
